Hi I have a BOSCH WFF 1800 washing machine that fits great in my kitchen and although its old i dont want to change it as it matches everything else. Today it was working well for 2 loads then next time it got as far as the rinse / spin part of the cycle then it started making a buzzing noise and the drum stopped moving. It was rotating during the rest of the cycle ok. Then the Pre-wash light came on and started flashing and it went to the end of the cycle without emptying the watter or completing a spin cycle. We took the back off and can only see a single belt which looks fine as does all the motor and gear driven by the belt. Is there a second belt that takes care of the spin cycle that i cant see or is it a problem because of the water still being in the tub that is preventing it from spinning? Your help please would be greatly appreciated Thanks
There is no draining & this is why your spin does not work. There is only one belt. First siphon out the water from the machine via your front door. Clean out your outlet filter, check the tube from the tub to the filter. Luckily there shouldn't be a block in your outlet pump

On the woollen cycle the machine skips through to the end. How might I repair this and how much might it cost.
