Proscan 32 lcd tv stand

You will have to order it from Proscan. The part# and web address should be in your owners manual.

More likely to be Metric M5 or M6, just get difference length, they go for about 25~35 cents each at LOWE or HD.

there should be 4 screws centre back to the rear of the tv. Make sure you have the "cover" for the hole that's left before you mount it as you'll leave the tv open to dust.etc and this can also cause speaker distortion.

"S" = Stand.

Remove the 4 screws and pull the stand straight off the bottom.

The PEERLESS kit should be supplying the Metric M4, M5, M6 to cover most of the screws used for mounting the mounting plate to the back of the TV.

You probably have this figured out by now, but here's how I resolved it:

There are two holes marked with arrows, just above the stand, near the bottom of the set. Remove those. Next, roughly in line but slightly wider are two more phillips head screws. Remove those as well. The stand should slide out easily. Do what you want with the screws, but in case you have a future need for the stand, I jusyt put them back in the holes they came from
