I can't save my invoice nor even close the program, please help

I came to the point where I had done everything, restarted, closed the program in the task manager nothing would work. Every time I would hit any key even the X to close the program I would get the error. data saving error enitity exception. So finally I shut down the computer, disconnected the battery, waited about ten minutes started back up and so far it has worked without problems. Ever since My Deluxe Invoices made their last up grade I personally have had lots of issues with the update. Wish I could go back to one of the very first versions but with the ability to email statements. Thats the only upgrade I have found useful.
