My tv is fine last time i checked, now it wont turn on. ITS BLUGGED IN AND EVERYTHING!
It is my ssisters tv, we moved it downstairs when she went to college. but all of a sudden it wont turn on when we try to. i have no idea what it could be. the only thing that might have happened is that it could have been dropped. i removed the back part of the tv to look inside, and the antena in connector was smashed in. but the funny thing is is that that is the only thing that would hint to it being dropped. so i have no idea.

You have an indication the unit was dropped ,if that is the case the unit might have a broken circuit board,a crack on the very edge of the circuit board or somewhere in the center where the heavy components are.If you are familiar with tv service you can likely find where is broken but repairing that section is what becomes difficult, sometimes the traces are very thin and it can not be repaired. If you are not too familiar with tv service you should seek the help of a professional only for an estimate.

I suspect that the box upstairs is a Freesat box; a Freeview box requires a feed from an aerial, not a dish.
The problem you are seeing may be caused by water in the cables, if they are not sealed at the LNB. The LNB may be failing, but dish misalignment is more likely.
As there is an unused output on the LNB, try swapping one of the feeds with a poor signal to it.
Try putting the cables back where they were. After that re-route them again but this time use the manuel.
If that doesn't work, consult the TV's manuel.
I f it is fan that has more then one speed if you run it all the time,it may
not be on high sample : low fan speed runs all the time
med fan speed for heat
high fan speed is usually for air conditioning so if everything is good then it maybe the relay.
Make sure the switch on the 360 A/V cable is in the right position. Also unplug everything from the unit and plug it all back in again. From the reading I've done on tech issues the 360 has a lot of temporary issues like that.
i would check for loose connections by the convergence amp ics http://home.earthlink.net/~oleg.filippov/ConvergenceFix.htm http://cmpalmer.blogspot.com/2006/11/fixing-my-own-tv-part-ii.html
