Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player

Converting movies to my mp3 without the directors commentary overplaying the original movie while it plays

When i convert a movie (over the hedge) to my mp3 it plays the directors commentary at the same time the movie plays. how or what do i download or do to prevent this from happening? thanks zag80
