Touchpad and Control Panel
If the buttons don't work on the control
panel the entire touchpad and control panel assembly may need to be
replaced. If the display works but the dishwasher functions are all out
of synch, or some of the buttons don't respond properly the entire
touchpad and control panel might need to be replaced.
Touchpad
If the buttons don't work on the control
panel, the dishwasher touchpad might be at fault. Generally speaking, if
the dishwasher display is working and some of the buttons respond
correctly but some don't, the problem is with the touchpad.
Main Control Board
The dishwasher has a main control board which
regulates nearly every function in the dishwasher. If the control panel
buttons don't work, and other causes have been have ruled out, the main
control board might need to be replaced.

Usually answered in minutes!
The door suddenly strated dropping open. It seems that either the springs or cables snapped. Depending on which is in it.
I need advice on how to fix it.
Also, if someone could point me to where I could find the installation(as opposed to the operational) manual. That would be great.
