Click Start/Programs and look for the run command or the cmd prompt (black scree with white lettering). The run command might be under the Accessories folder. When the run command opens up type: cmd and press OK. The command prompt (black screen with white lettering) window will open up then type: ipconfig /all
Press ENTER. The MAC Address and IP Addresses will be shown. The MAC Address is the Physical Address for the device.

Thanks for the fix. I solved in an alternative manner by viewing the map of my computer on a public network and highlighting to reveal the IP and Mac addresses.
