How do I get to the file that was downloaded off of my Game console?

I hope there is a file/folder viewer in your android phone. If not, install any file viewer (Ex : ES File Explorer). Open that application and go to your device storage. From there you can check the documents or downloads folder and delete whichever files you want.

Download DirectX End-User Runtimes
Start the downloaded file
directx_Jun2010_redist.exe and extract it to any folder.
In the folder with extracted files find and start DXSETUP.EXE.
After the installation is complete reboot the pc.

there is indeed a fix to your problem. works with all games that give the message "there are no games" error.

you need to save an untitled text document to your (GAME) folder on the PSP.

The text file should be opened under notepad and saved untitled with no content inside that folder. This is a true fix to your solution

click start all programs accessories navigate to windows explorer open you will see
My Documents open it then right click select new folder and name it
or name it at a later date simply by right clicking on the new folder select rename

you can add files or programs downloaded from the internet
select the files right click on the file/s right click copy navigate back to the folder right click select paste or hold the mouse cursor the file/s drag them to the folder then drop them in

if you are downloading fromthe internet
once it starts downloading windows will ask whether you want to run or save it
a browse option will open you can save it into a folder in my documents or another device or a usb device

It depends what firmware you are trying to upgrade to. If you want to install custom firmware on your PSP, check this YouTube channel:

When you select the firmware you want to install, download it. You will get a .zip file with a file inside called EBOOT.PBP. Follow these steps to update:
1.) Connect your PSP to your PC. 2.) Open the PSP folder and then the GAME folder. 3.) Right click INSIDE the GAME folder, and click New Folder 4.) Name the new folder UPDATE 5.) Place the EBOOT.PBP file you downloaded into the UPDATE folder. 6.) Disconnect your PSP from your computer, and select the MEMORY STICK ICON in the GAME section. 7.) Find the PSP Update Version.. and run it, complete the on screen steps to install the new firmware.

First mount the image in alcohol or deamontools.
Install the game.
Then open de image (go to computer then the virtual cd drive, then to the crack folder, or some thing similar) anf replace the content of that content to the game directory (usualy C:/program Files/EA/NFSS).

try NOT going through media player as it tries to convert any audio. keep your files as mp3. preferably stored in "My music" file on your computer. then when you connect your psp via USB go to "open folder to view files" then open psp/music file. leave it open and open a "My computer" window my documents/my music, then just click and drag to psp/music file.

if its music files, you just download onto the PC.
then transfer them to the music folder on the PSP.
connect your PSP to the computer via USB.
should usually be recognised as a mass storage device. Drive F/ Or G/ possibly.
open the device and locate the folder music.
copy the music from your computer, and paste into the music folder on the PSP. no ripping device required simply copy and paste. you can also do this via a ms-pro duo memory stick and reader.
