Every time I copy something, it prints a black line down the side, about 3 inch from the left side... Both the printers we have of this brand does this. Please help. Thanks
Just clean the glass top of the scanner and the slit of glass on the left hand side of the scanner.

When printing sometimes it has black lines across the page they run side to side about 7 inches across the page and about 1/4 inch widestarts out just a few on the page but gets worse and sometimes all the way down the page. But if you stop the print job and make copies they are fine.The customer has changed the print cartridge and made no differenceCould someone please help.Thanks
