If you locked your screen and cannot remember your password or PIN to unlock the screen, you need to perform a full erase of your phone.
A full erase deletes all data stored on your phone, including third-party apps, pictures, downloaded music and videos, and documents stored on the USB drive. After the erase, you can restore any data that was backed up to your Palm profile, including sync account info (Google and/or Exchange) and third-party apps.
To reset your phone and restore data, do the following:
- From the Pin Incorrect or Wrong Password screen, press and hold Option + Sym + power and continue holding for 10 seconds after the Full Erase screen appears.
- After the phone reboots, sign in to your Palm profile to restore to your phone any data that was backed up to your profile.
