My razor dune buggy won't drive

The battery is charged and working but when we push the gas button it will not move

Are you sure that the charger is putting out enough volts to charge the batteries? check the charger with a multimeter, then check the batteries with a multimeter, and viually inspect the batteries for bulging

SOURCE: On an E 100 Razor scooter, the battery charger shows charged

We had the same problem that I found to have a very simple fix. It seems all that needed to be done was hold in the reset button a few seconds while the battery charger was plugged in and the light on the charger turned to red and the battery charged again. Seems like too easy of a fix but it worked for my kids scooter.

My son's ground force drifter is showing a charged battery but will not go. I see the full charge lights on the throttle but it when i depress the throttle, it does don't move. Anythought? Thanks

If the battery is gone(bad), sometimes it will show fully charged (volts are good).. but it has no amperage to "push" the voltage... It takes amperage to make the drifter move... (time for a new battery)... they don't last long...

Buggy is removing charge from battery

try investing in a battery charger instead of replacing the battery the dune buggy probably doesn't have an altinater to recharge the battery

check the FREEWHEEL LEVER at the rear of buggy to make sure it in the drive position, if you can push the buggy it not in drive mode.
