Ac/fan stopped cooling/blowing/ i hooked up red & green wires and fan blows. now what?

Just to understand what you are saying; You are hooking a wire between the R terminal & the G terminal on the fan control board and the fan runs. When you turn the fan on by the thermostat is does not.

Assuming that you have 24 volts at the G terminal (or wire) at the air handler/furnace when the fan does not run, I would have to say, based on the information that I have been given, that you have a bad fan control board.

I got power and it hits but then after a bit it stops and red offset light comes on? whats that mean

The amp is overheating it doesn't have a built in fan. This will be more occasional in the summer months. The best solution is to build a box and buy a few computer fans, install a fuse link run the positive of the fans to a remote wire and ground the fans to the chassis of your vehicle. You need a way to recirculate the air inside your amp. I've decided to remove the bottom plate of the amp, mount the amp on a board. Cut holes out of the board and have one fan flipped to pull hot air from the amp and two fans to push the air away from the amp.
You can buy the Antec and Rocket Fish fans for under $15 from Best Buy.

Had my motherboard changed by local repair shop. Both fans are now running constantly & it is deafening, also power light no longer comes on and was told it was "no big deal". Have 2 like computers,...

Ok so what fans? the case fans? the cpu fan? The power supply fan should always run. The case fan can be wired to the mother board and do an speed step system (slow to fast) depending on heat, same with cpu fan. As for the power light its just an matter of pluging in the wire from frount panel to the mother board pins for pwrled. Asus has an download for your board to get the pin outs.

Evaporator fan works sometimes

by the sound of it , i would get a new evap fan,
as the power to the fan is switching on - thats why
you can flick it and get it running, the power is there.
it is a common problem with evap fans.

Refrigerator has a clicking sound and does not run

Replace the motherboard (part # WR55X10942) but be careful to check that the evaporator fan (inside the freezer) turns on when you power up the refrig again. A bad evaporator fan motor can take out the motherboard. If compressor starts with new board but not evap fan, unplug immeadiatelly and replace the evap fan motor to save new board.

Bestec ATX-250-12E problems

Hi the power supply fan is jammed because of some object stuck - this could be some broken plastic component of the fan or the protection grill could be jamming it . Do not switch your comp before checking this out because inadequate or no air cooling can damage your computer .In Power off condition with a small screw driver try rotating the fan manually or by blowing air into the fan , it should spin smoothly else your power supply to be replaced .
