Question about Apple Cinema 20" LCD Monitor
This is really sounds like a keyboard issue. From your description it sounds like your ?.? key is locked in the active position, note that the key doesn?t have to be down for the contact below to be engaged. This isn?t uncommon, especially with older/cheaper keyboards. A quick test is just to replace it with another USB keyboard, even a Windows keyboard will do for a test. If that solves your problem you can try taking it apart to clean, however, if it?s in warranty I would just call Apple support. If its fairly old I would just bite the bullet and spend $35 for a new one.
