We bought this FR200 Grundig emergency radio for our father for father's day, and the handle broke as soon as father got home. Can someone please send us information on where we can go to get the handle repaired?

Re: Crank handle broken
May be too late to help you but maybe someone else is looking for the same information. Finding the manufacturers web site is difficult since their name is Eton. Anyway to get support on these excellent radios go to the Customer Support web page
and from the left hand frame and click on the *Warranty Repair* or ?Non-Warranty Repair? link depending on your case. This will generate a web form you fill in and send. From past experience someone contacted me within a day or two and my repaired unit was back in a couple of weeks.
The support site also has links to manual downloads, FAQs and a parts (common) listing page.
Hope this helps someone and please don?t forget to rate the post.
