All my games work fine on my console however, i bought fifa 09 and you can play individually but as soon as you set up two players the game freezes at kick off. I returned the game and exchanged it thinking it was the disc but the new one is exactly the same. Please help!

Freezing playing offline two players or even one player.
First I thought the problem was related to the fifa09 DVD, and therefore I got a new one. That didn’t help. Then I got at new PSP3, and it didn’t make a difference. However, I found the solution:
Unfortunately I did two things at the same, so it’s not possible to say, what made the difference.
1. Dot not choose your local language (in my case Danish), but chose English (the next time you start fifa09 it can run with your local language)
2. Delete your saved data concerning fifa09
I had the same problem, the xbox 360 is at fault not the fifa 09 disc.
stand your xbox up on its side and theres a fair chance it will work, if you have xbox live, sign out then try again. If these dont solve the problem you need to get your xbox fixed.
I had d same prob ......... but i went to d game data and deleted all the fifa 09 saved files,.......n it started working..it happens when one of the files is corrupted....but hw will u knw the corrupted one.,.had no other option than to delete all of 'em......n its working now

Delete your profile from your Hard Drive, and recover it from Xbox LIVE.
Then, delete your FIFA 09 Data.
Afterwards, change your FIFA Language to any other language, save it, reset 360, and change it back.
Attempt to run FIFA 09 on 2 player mode.
Go to the company technical support or look in the settings and config maybe ur config isnt rite
