SOURCE: We require condenser fan motors for Interclisa

Hi, this is an odd voltage 380 volts. Is it a 3 phase unit? To get a 220 volt 50hz condenser fan motor, you will have to go through a refrigeration/air conditioning parts house and order this. 60hz you would have no problem finding one in stock. Carrier is a good unit, and have been around for many years. You shouldn't have any problems locating one.
Sincerely,
Shastalaker7
PS You will need to go through a wholesale parts house.

I need a fan blade for motor A0416B2810

A serial number is no good in such questions as it is just a numerical sequence of the number made. In your case number 5. The model number will get the fan.

The motor number also doesn't help because that motor spindle can take a radial fan or a bladed fan.

I would like to know how many square feet a Model # BRCQ0421BD Serial # 990905429 Coleman Central Air Conditioning Unit will cover. The unit supply is 208-230V 1 PH 60 Hz 10.8 RLA 97 LRA.

The Old Rule of Thumb is 400 square feet per ton, but you really need to do a heat load calculation to be safe. A lot of windows on the west or south side of the house will really increase your load and you may need a lot larger unit. Insulation also changes your load so you may be able to cool a larger area. You may be able to get the Heat Load Calculation Form either online or from Johnstone supply. They are on the internet.

Just had AC tech charge $257 to replace capacitor on carrier 38ckco48300. tech also stated condenser fan motor may have been damaged with replacement cost of $500. can a condenser fan motor for this unit...

I don't know what part of the country you are in, but here in Okla. a condenser motor can be bought by the home owner for around $100. You should be able to go to any appliance supply house and purchase your own motor. Take the model and serial number with you, it may help. If you have a local carrier distributor, they should give you a users manual. Try your best to get a motor close the the same as what you have. Note the horsepower, rpm, voltage and take the fan blade with you in case you need a new one. Hope this helps. Mark

What is the minimum voltage required for this AC

According to the Owner"s Manual, if the serial data plate says 115 volts and the amperage is greater than 7.5 amps it must have it's on fuse or circuit breaker and no other electrical appliances should be run on that circuit. For models rated at 230 volts, the same holds true.

So, the the determination of minimum voltage is based on what the serial data plate shows.

Hope this helps you and thanks for choosing FixYa.
