HELP!!! Need help with brother printer. IT says print unable 32. I've replaced the waste toner, and have swapped drum unit, i've checked the life of the parts, and have looked into the little flap that is next to the waste toner to see if it's stuck. Everytime I do this It'll work for a bit, but then it'll stop again giving me the print unable 32. I have just restarted the machine while holding the menu button to do printer maintenance....(i'm getting desperate now) and so far it's working. But I fear that it might not work anymore. The employees here have given up on me....please help them have some faith and give me a working solution, other than replacing the Printer.

Hi there !
I am here to help you to solve your problem.
I believe your print spooler service stop running or your spooler is confused pending some queue at the print spooler service.
To resolve this, follow this procedures.
Go to START MENU
Choose RUN (For Windows XP) or Choose Commamd prompt, right click mouse and run as administrator ( For Window vista and windows 7)
Type the letter "cmd"
Type the word "net stop spooler"
Exit
Go to C: drive
Choose to Windows Folder
Click show content
Choose system32 folder
Choose spool folder
Choose printer
And delete all printing jobs pending
Again go back to CMD window and type the word "net start spooler"
Restart your computer and must also turn off your printer and then switch it on.
It will work fine right now
I hope it helps you

hello,
well first, this error seems to mean alot of things. to start, pull drum, toner cartridges, belt and waste assembly out of printer, turn off and pull power cord first. first thing to check is, inside the front of machine, there is a black sensor flag that is triggered when waste toner cartridge is in machine. make sure flag moves freely and does not get stuck, if it gets stuck, you will need to carefully pull it out, leave cables attached, but carefully, take out so you can work on it, what is happening, is the foam that minimizes the noise caused by solenoids, well they make noise, just a clicking noise, this foams becomes a glue, and the sensor flag sticks to it. so if you have done any type of solenoid service, its easy. if not I will talk about later. but this is only one area you need to check. the next area is in the back of machine. you will need to remove the back cover first. it only has 2 screws, the fuser unit, has also 2 screws. the next part you will be looking at the covers now that cover the high voltage unit. the high voltage is under the plastic white foam. there are 2 covers , one is right in front, no screws hold it in, there are 2 small holes, left and right , using small flat bladed screwdriver, pull gently out, and lift up cover. the cover that has foam on it lift right side and push to the left, the covers lifts right off. you will see 4 red cables, remove them carefully, also there is a flat cable, disconnect very carefully, you will also see white cable with many leads as well as a red cable, disconnect these too. there are only 2 screws that hold this in place, so remove them. the high voltage slides towards rear of machine. Now with the unit out of machine, look at it. you will see there are 3 sensors clustors on this device, to are open, the third one, its located next to one of these, it has a cover that is covering it. it also has a solenoid attached to it, this the problem, because it will stick in the open position, causing problems, so you will need to do a solenoid fix, i have found using regular office tape, works well, since it will not stick to plastic. you will also see that you will need to remove the metal cover, as well as remove solenoid. now put machine back together, and test. if this does not repair this error, you really have a problem., i hope this helps
