JBL is at best a low quality marine grade brand of stereo. It is now garbage. I have worked on hot tub stereos for many years, PolyPlannar is the only one that is any good. If it was bought 30 days ago, where's your warranty?
put a 3 foot piece of wire on it.does the same thing.any parts house will have an antenna ,and for sure an authorized panasonic repair depot...they are listed in the back of the warranty book for the radio
there should be a little pin push button on cd changer (kinda hard to see) that you put a pin into front it releases the cd dock you should be able to get disks out that way the other way
after this is done take your car sterio to a service sterio technition and have your deck cleaned and serviced so that you can enjoy it for a long time
since you have a jeep thinking you go off road maybe hit couple bumps and jared something loose in the back of sterio system this is what i would check first
after that it might be that the sterio's face plate is not makeing connection right to base sterio
