Have to reset the waste ink counter & replace with new WASTE INK ABSORBER KIT. Only service centre can do the service job.

There seems to be a calibration problem. Follow the calibration test from the manual.

If you are using original cartridges, go to canon for repair.

Dear User,

You need to install the correct drivers according to your Operating System, befor you start using it. You can install the drivers as :

Go to start menu, devices and printers, and click add printer.
Choose " add a local printer" then in "use an existing port" drop down menu, choose one of your "virtual USB ports".
Click Windows Update and wait (it has to download and update the list of drivers which takes some time,so be patient).
Now choose among the available list of Drivers. You are done.

You can Dowloand Drivers from Manufacturer's website. Visit Canon PIXMA MP780 Driver Download Page.
