I have a Sandisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player. When I first got it I converted four videos to it without any problems at all, then one day the videos were gone. I hadn't even plugged it into the computer since I got it. Now, every time I try to convert videos to it it doesn't transfer them to my MP3 Player. I have been on every different help site and no one has any answer. Someone has to know something. I'm getting desperate. I need to know if there's something I can do to fix it or if it's broken. Please help!
There are a number of things that could be wrong. the video may use a codec not recognized by the converter. use a free program called SUPER to convert them to a non-codec base video if this is the problem. another problem may be arising from the filename being too long. i couldn't convert a lot of my pictures and placing them in a folder on my desktop fixed the transfer problem just fine. good luck and hope this solves your problem. P.S. try putting the videos in a different folder first

Hmm! You're using the PLAYER to convert videos? Or are you first converting the videos and THEN transferring them to the player? I wouldn't trust the player for doing any file conversions at all--use software on your PC for that and then transfer them via MTP mode to the videos folder on the player. Don't use MTC mode. But really, I'm not sure how reliable this player will be for mass quantities of video files.....
