First, make sure the time is set correctly – Eastern Standard Time (EST) is the default
Press the Alarm Mode button – it has options for Weekend, meaning Sat and Sun only; Weekdays (Mon-Fri), and Everyday
While holding either the ALM 1 or ALM 2 button, press up or down to set the correct wake-up time
Release ALM 1 (or 2) when you are finished

You will need to try some combination of the set button and time button to change the time back to normal time. Try hold both the time and set button for a period of 5-10 seconds and see if this will cycle the time to normal. If not try hold the set button alone for 5-10 seconds and see if this works. If not try holding the time time button for 5-10 seconds and see if that works. If none of the fixes work. Tell them the make and model number of your Clock/Radio and ask them for assistance with your problem of resetting the time back to normal from military time. They will be able to help you.
