I hope someone can help me! I inherited this machine, and I cannot get the door to open. The cycle finished, but no matter where the dial ends up, the door will not open.
I have tried lining up the dial so the "Stop" is parallel with the marker on the machine but it doesn't seem to "click" as if the door is unlocking.
