How to take simlock off a samsung S5230G?

It wants to know my simlock but i dont know how to find it, also it cant be anything with hash/# because it says the symbol is locked what do i do?

You can remove the simlock of s5230 using codes. you can get the codes either from your service provider or from other online providers like Simpleunlocking.com

If its a samsung you can reset all but you will lose all files,pics,phone book entries etc :(
