Broken screen! My phone turns on but the screen is completly blank and will not turn on!! Do i need a new screen or can this problem be fixed?

Whenever that occurs it means that the screen requires a replacement. It usually occurs n slide phones. You need to replace the screen.

    I ought to have added this whenever fix without the screen it will only cost more because it will only work for a while before it returns to its ealier problem.

    Change the screen.

Sounds like you need a new LCD Screen(is the screen a little lit up or completely blank) If completely blank than most likely the LCD needs to be replaced if it appears to be slightly lit up than most likely it is a software related issue.

Is it a touch screen? Has it been dropped at all? If so, the internal screen could be busted. Sometimes the touch part will still work itll just be a blank screen though. You may need to order a new internal lcd screen.

My screen has gone blank. It fell on the floor a few days ago, but only this morning it began to go "funny" and now it is completely blank (black). Any ideas how to fix it please?
bad sign... when the CP turns black, the CPU IC maybe damaged... an expert cellphone technician may fix it but it have a 50-50 chance or best to buy a new CP... sorry for your broken CP... but still hope that it can be fix or if you can afford a new one...

My Nintendo DS top screen is completely blank
you need a new case and top LCD as the cable running through the hinge is fragile and has obviously been broken. Ebay should provide you with spares required and youtube for video's on how to do the job

LG KS360 turns itself off regularly whilst i'm writing texts...
my phone is just like that. try charging it then after its charge take it off the charger turn it off then turn it on. thats what works with my phone. if that doesnt work then it might randomley turn on. it means the light is broken you can get it fixed but it might cost money. to do that you can call the store you got your phone from and ask them where to get it fixed. hope i helped :)

YUP... sound like a motherboard problem. Could be a short somewhere. Try taking the Battery out and also the hard drive and put them back again. I have fixed such problems before by doing just that. GOOD LUCK !!

Iphone does not work
If it is a blank white screen then your lcd is broken. you would need it to be replaced. to be sure its broken. let the iphone power up and after 5minutes plug it into itunes. if it connects normally then this confirms that the iphone lcd is broken. if not try to do a restore.

Hi,
Try taking out the battery overnight and then the next day put the battery back and turn the phone on. If the screen still doesn't turn on then it probably means the screen needs to be replaced or the cable connecting the screen to the phone board became loose or damaged. If this is the case, the phone needs to be serviced or you can try to open it up yourself and check the condition of the cable. Good luck.

SCH-i730 doesn't charge . I cant even turn it on with a usb cable attached. I got a new battery and it worked well untill the charge died. Cable is good and it did sync my phone to the PC but still even when the phone was on it didn't charge it.
