I'm sure your local SPCA has many dogs to replace your grease trap eating one.

I made hamburgers and the first time the cups melted due to the grease that was draining off. I followed the grilling instructions per the manual and had a greasy mess to clean up. Now I have to find...

The plastic cup melted because it was touching the hot plates and not because of the hot oil!

It is a poor design but with careful use can be fully functional, plastic is used to keep the cost of this budget product down.

Can I get a replacement grease catcher bottle for my grill to go.

why? what is wrong with cleaning existing one? just remove it, heat it on topstove a bit, then tip content to any plastic dish, you can use this fat as add-on for your dog or cat, mix wiht seeds and give to birds, in local park or indeed on your veranda or balcony, does not need to go to the tip.

What is the best way to clean the grill?

use a good wire brush on the burners each time you use it before and after cooking. every season take the grill grates and flare reducers out and clean them well with a wire brush and or steel wool and clean out any residue in side the grill. make sure the grease catcher gets cleaned often as needed. blow out the gas manifolds with air in the spring to remove spider webs or insect webs etc. this should keep your grill working well for 10-15 years. replace the grates or flare plates when needed.also lightly clean the burners when you have the grill taken apart with steel woll then blow them out as well to keep all the openings clear. happy grilling.

Grease Catcher

That's a warming tray. If you're cooking a lot of bacon for example, you can hold your first batch here while you continue cooking.
