Fridgidaire FTF2140ES0 Front Load Washing Machine Vibration

I have a Frigidaire FTF2140ES0 Front Load Washing Machine that I just mounted onto a Fridgidaire 15" Pedestal. After running a few loads, I notice that the machine is moving from it's original location. I watched it go through it's spin cycle & I notice that the washer is vibrating quite a bit. The washer sits firmly on the pedestal and the pedestal does not rock on the floor at all.

Does anybody have any ideas of what could be causing this vibration & what I can do to stop it?

Frigidaire FTF2140ES0 Front Load Washer lock indicator light goes off, but will not spin.

Sounds like the electronic locking mechanism is malfunctioning. It is supposed to enguage before the high spin cycle. It is about a $20 part.

I have a mo# FTF2140ES0 front loader washer that won't spin

check the pump for a blockage,if the water cantget out of the wash tub,the machine senses this and wont spin out the load,also make sure to check both sides of the pump from the tub to pump and pump to house drain sides

You're overloading the washer. Try putting less items in.

Tub cracked on my Fridgidaire front loading washing machine

sorry no recalls on fridgidaire front load,,there pretty good units,,the mildew and slugg comes from not using he or low suddsing detergent..now dont move so fast ,,because a new spin basket may not solve your problems with noise..check that back tub bearing while you have it a part..now that unit is fresh and new ,,clean the unit every other month with bleach..hot wash cold rinse,,that will keep suds slug and smell out unit...onthejob

no fix ..ALL BRANDS have same issue just ck out other web sites best solution ..leave door open as much as possible ..clean out boot with bleach/water solution at least once a month..CHLORINE BLEACH!! and no not the answer you wanted but best answer you'll get and that from experience
