I'd recommend you contact the local Government Agent's office or Court house to determine your legal position.
I would suggest that you immediately state the specifics of your agreement with them IN WRITING, and serve them with a WRITTEN NOTICE IF TERMINATION OF RENTAL AGREEMENT, including the date that they must be out of the property.

It is against the law for your landlord to evict you or lock you out without first getting an order from the Landlord and Tenant Board.

I think you need local law. The law won't be put in a program. Be aware the volunteers answering questions here, are all over the world. Not just where you live.

Looks like the gate was broken after the tenant moved out as most vandalism occurs to vacant property and a broken gate would surely have been seen by anyone entering the property. No way to win this one. They did the inspections and recorded the findings.

Most of the control buttons on a tub are not electrical. These buttons are connected to an air line that runs to the motor. Sometimes an aggressive button push can literally blow the air line right off of the bottom of the button.
This problem is as easy to fix as it sounds. Find the loose air line and push it back onto the button. You will need to open up your access panel. Bring a flashlight.
Be sure to check the connection at the motor too. Good luck
