Your Windows Media Player may need to be updated and the player may need to be formatted. Please try these steps:
1) If you do not have it installed yet, please install the latest version of WMP10.
2) Download and install the quick fix from:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/7/e/0/7e055e3f-6014-43bc-b6ff-6a90ced1d032/WindowsMedia10-KB902344-x86-INTL.exe
3) Format m250 device using the Sync mode in WMP.
4) To test, transfer songs to the player using the software for your subscription music service.
I would suggest trying to install the latest version of windows media player, but if you are at work it may not be possible. Most companies try to block their employees from doing this at work. Thanks for using FixYa
Uh, I had a similar problem which was extremely difficult to solve. What you want to do is reformat your entire MP3 player. YOU WILL LOSE ALL THE MUSIC ON YOUR SANSA. But you can simply resynch it.
What happened when you tried to sync? it could be a device certificate error...what i would recommend you to do is to sync using your windows media player...assuming that you have windows media player 11...open up your windows media player and click on sync..then you can drag the tracks you want to sync and then click on start sync...if you are not able to transfer the songs to it..use a song that is not from yahoo like the sample one that came with your computer and see what happen...if that doesnt solve the problem check your usb mode..it should be under MTP mode or auto....then open up your windows media player and format the device there...after you have done that..that should solve the problem you are having..let me know what the outcome is....
yes you loaded the music and supported by windows but the file system is not applicable. the first should be format your mp3 then download the sonique stage this serves as your file manager you can download songs and automatically converted thru this and save thru your mp3 using this .
