Someone made my video dvd combo black and white

Hi, my Dad was recording a video and I think he pressed a button that made my Sanyo HV-DX300A DVD player + Video Cassette Black and white. I tried everything that I can get it back to colour and nothing worked. How can I reset it back to colour?

It sounds like the video out put has been set to S video,go into the hv-dx300a menu and look for the video or picture out put settings and set to VIDEO or RGB, rgb is the best if it works for you.

Hope this helps.

Sanyo dvd/vcr combo

Your universal remote would have seperate selection buttons for VCR and DVD. If you don't have a VCR button, use AUX. Try programming each function seperately - DVD code for your manufactirer on the DVD button and VCR code for your manufacturer on the VCR button.
