Display Issues My display is off more than it is on. I am wondering if there is an issue or a solution to this problem? My unit is only 2 years old I love the sirius and all it offers. I have the unlimited plan and am kinda dissapointed it is failing so soon. It is in my call all the time so I am not moving it all the time. Any solution to this is greatly appreciated. I do not want to have to buy another one since my subscription will not transfer over.

It sounds like the unit is malfunctioning. I think I had display problems with my first Sanyo CRSR-10 radio. At that time, it was still under warranty, so I contacted Sanyo and had it replaced.

The new radio lasted a few months, but it eventually died with another problem -- it just loops the startup sequence (Sirius logo + beep) and never loads up to the tuner interface. Unfortunately, Sanyo only honors the warranty period of the original radio and since it had been over a year since I purchased the first radio, they would not replace the second malfunctioning radio.

If you explain your situation to Sirius, I'm sure they will transfer your subscription to a new radio -- it's relatively easy for them to do it. I think they just want to discourage frivolous subscription transfers (and hacking) but if you convince them that your old radio is dead, they should be able to do it.

I'm sorry to say that it's most likely the magnetron that's shorted out (the high voltage device that produces microwaves). It's usually the case with ovens this old that a compatible replacement won't be available.

There's also the fact that your oven is likely way past it's 'end-of-life' date so even if you could find a replacement, other components will begin to fail as more time passes.

In short, save yourself the money, time, and frustration with a new unit. Good luck!

Pioneer CDJ 200 display issues

What display issues? If you can be more specific. Also, replacing the display or it's mother board may prove to be too costly to repair. Plus this unit has been discontinued. So unsure if you want to drop the money on it to get it fixed.

Raymarine E90 MFD pops breaker after being on for a few minutes

the control board has a SHORT Circuit isolate a) power supply is defective: filter, diode, resistor, transf ,etc test and repair use the VOM b) display can be faulty c) Syscon can be faulty. go to the repair shop and fix it.

The display turn off after few minutes (blank screen, no message). When it does that, the power led stay green. When I turn it off and on, the display work again for a few minutes and the same problem...

jackperson, Might be internal problem with the units power supply (ac line in to DC conversion) having shutdown issues. You will need to do some reading in my fixya profile for a while and then you will know what to look for inside unit. If not into electronic repair stuff, skip the reading and trade-in unit for new, if current unit is 4, 5, 6 years old. 12fixlouie

Heater not blowing hot air display says lo

when the coils freeze up , from intake of outside air, when using the heat pump mode, the unit will try to defrost the coils before going back to heat mode. mine did this alot. does it kick back to heat after a few mins? also after 2 years , mine started having issues with the exhaust blower control and would go into warp mode and bang noise.seems like common issues for this unit.whether the amana, or haier version.

Display goes out after 15-30 seconds...

Press the Dimmer button on the remote. You can cycle through several options for the display brightness or switch it off.

Jenn-Air Convection Oven

Our 7 year old "Jenn-Air Convection Oven", Canadian Model # SVE47600 also has a very dim display. We can barely read the temperature on the oven. Does anyone know what is wrong, how to fix it, and what it may cost us?
