First install a missing driver, you can download it from the laptop manufacturer website if you don't have the software for it!

For example if the webcam is from Dell/Toshiba/Acer/Lenovo then visit Dell/Toshiba/Acer/Lenovo website...

First uninstall the older device drivers and then install the latest device drivers. You can also download the latest webcam drivers from the internet and install the new device drivers.

Now go to manufacture site & in the download option, select your model number.

After selecting the laptop model number from site, click on 'Software & Drivers Downloads'.

Now you need to choose your operating system & select the given updates & follow all instructions to download it.

After complete download, install supported driver for your laptop webcam. After install driver, reboot your laptop again and check that your webcam is working properly or not.

I hope it will fix your webcam not working issue if laptop is not facing any hardware issue.

Feel free to get technical assistance at http://www.vtechsquad.com/lenovo-support/ for troubleshoot Lenovo laptop/desktop/notebook issues.

Computer not ready to accept photos in w30

Consider NOT connecting your camera to your computer. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.

Hey i have a samsung galaxy tab and my camera isnt working. . . When i first got it. . It worked fine. . Now its been a few months and my camera got really slow. Now it wont let me even open the camera. ....

Hi Erin,

I don't have the phone you're talking about, but if you no longer have enough free memory in it, the camera may not allow you to take additional pictures. You should review, move or delete old photos from the camera's memory (or if it accepts memory cards - tell it to save new photos on it instead). transfer to your computer via USB cord or send via email from the phone if needed. Free up as much memory as you can (or add memory if it accepts memory cards).

If the phone's memory is full or close to it, the phone's other functions may also benefit from some memory housekeeping / maintenance / upgrade. Don't delete any files other than the photo types (most likely ending ".jpg") or you may cause the phone to stop working correctly.

Good luck!

Driver compatible mac

So there's good news and bad news. . The bad news is that it doesn't look like there is a driver for Mac, and Sony apparently has no intention of every developing/releasing one. . The good news is that you can still print photos by taking advantage of the printer's ability to print directly from a camera. . You can upload the photos directly to a memory card using a memory card reader, and then put the card into a camera and print from there. Note that the camera might not accept the photos if you are taking them out of iPhoto, because iPhoto does a conversion on imported pictures that the cameras sometimes don't understand when you try to put them back on the camera. If you want to edit the photos, use a program called GIMP instead of iPhoto. Here's the download link: http://gimp.lisanet.de/Website/Download.html . Hope this helps!

Hello, I have a canon A95. I know it's not very valuable in today's tech climate but when I bought it I paid around 250-300 for it. I'd like to salvage it if I can. Repair shops won't give...

This is a sensor problem and to get it repaired would cost you as much as a brand new camera (which would have many more really cool features).

Please tell me how to transfer pics from my M380 digital camera to my computer. What should I do first on the computer to accept the pictures? Then need step by step instructions to transfer the pics.

How to use my webcamera take a picture

Most web cameras come with a compact disk that includes drivers and software. After plugging in the web camera via usb, you should put the disk that is included with the camera in the computer and install the included drivers and software. Generally, depending on the which camera you have, should have software that will allow you to take pictures and videos. Also, they're are freeware programs you can download off the internet that will allow you to take pictures with you're webcam. If you lost your disk or misplaced it, you can type in the model number for the webcamera on google and the software and drivers that are needed to use the webcam should be offered to download for free.
Hope this helps...if you need further help just ask.
