Question about Hoover H3030 FloorMate SpinScrub 500 Upright Wet/Dry Vacuum
My Hoover Floormate Spinscrub will not dispense the cleaning liquid at all. There does not appear to be any obstruction from the clean solution tank down to the bottom of the machine where it comes out above the floor. The only solution in the owners manual is to make sure that the tank is securely locked in position (which it is). Any suggestions?
I had the same problem and was preparing to take it back, the last thing I tried was to 'reseat' the handle -- I removed it then snapped it very firmly back into place. That did it, it's working beautifully now!

Try putting a bungee cord around the tank after you place it in its spot - which will keep it snugly in its place. It worked for me.

Try using a bungee cord wrapped around the tank tightly.
