I have the same problem, they came out and replaced my main board but it did nothing. I finally took my TV apart and there are what looks to me some sort of electrical shielding under the small board on the left side of the tv. I removed the board and reset the shielding, once I put it back together the lines were still there but very low. I then tapped the cover over the board over the shielding the the lines immiediatly went away. Hope they stay away. Could be an electrical sheilding problem. Good Luck!

Faults & possible causes to LCD & Plasma screen are given with illustrations. You can get an idea about the fault to an extent.
If any colors (red, green, or blue) are missing, check the video cable to make sure it is securely connected. Loose or broken pins in the cable connector could cause an improper connection.
Connect the LCD display to another computer.
If your tv has a custom settings area, first turn all color down on set so picture looks black and white. Now in color settings look for red blue and green color bars. Use the bars until the picture looks as true to black and white as possible. Also, try changing color temp.
You possibly have a failing hi-voltage module or fly-back transformer going bad. If it has a fly-back transformer, It's not worth the trouble. Some repair shops will sell you a module. Call a repair shop for help.
You have a bad LCD control board,It overheats and causes colored lines, screen to darken,or the color go floresent. Also check the power supply for bad caps.
when you have it apart. They usualy go bad on these tv's. It will cause the tv to take longer to come on.Or you have to hit the power button several times to get it on.
