Theres no way to move the page up or down or no way of selecting an option... the page is frozen but i can still make calls...

HI.GO to reset to factory settings.The phone will ask you for a security pin.Enter 5 or 8 0's.hopefully that will solve your problem.

Hi there,

If you forgot your password, the only way you can do is to do a master reset on the phone which will do bring back the settings to factory default. To do this, power off your phone and take out the memory card if any. then power on the phone. Key in *2767*3855#

Hi. You can hard reset your device by pressing the left and right upper softkeys at the same time, and while pressing them press the reset hole with the stylus. Don't forget to get a backup of all your data since a hard reset will erase your data. Hope this helps.

the values set at the factory. Keep pressing both the "MODE" button and the
