Do the pictures come out properly? It's normal for the flash to emit a couple of pre-flashes so that the camera can properly set the exposure. Also, if you have red-eye reduction turned on, the flash will fire several times to get pupils to contract.

In the shutter counter of canon t3i,,,how many numbers of shot can I make,,,

Hi
There are several points here. The number of shots available at any time is dependant upon :-
1. The state of charge of the battery
2. The use or non-use of the flash
3. The size of the SD card used for recording the pictures.
The number of shots left is given on the bottom right hand corner of the LCD screen and should presumably take these things into account from past history. Otherwise the number may just reflect the space left on the SD card. In terms of continuous shooting, it takes about 3.7 shots per second whilst the shutter button is held down, presumably until the battery runs out, or the SD card is full. All the above details are available in the camera User Guide which can be downloaded and saved from here:-

I have the canon 600d its flashing on the screen exp.sim please help

HI, the message indicates that the Exposure Simulation feature has been enabled, approximating the brightness of the final image on the rear panel LCD screen. It occurs in low light and is not a camera problem or error. Hope this helps.

When I try to shoot a video, it automatically cuts off after 23 seconds

When a green light on the back is flashing, it is not the battery light, it is the memory access light. When the buffer is full, the camera will stop the recording, and save the content of the buffer to the memory card. During the writing, the green light is burning, or flashing. If you want to make longer shots, you should buy a faster SD card.for Video, you should have at least a C10 card, but better a U1 or more.

Try another lens. It sort of sounds like the flex in the lens is partially cracked - like what happened to the shutter flexes in the old 35mm point and shoot cameras

Red flashing light in the corner on canon rebel eos t3i

The flashing red light in the bottom right is the indicator that the camera is writing to the memory card. If you have shot in RAW this will take a little longer than recording a jpeg as the RAW files are larger. While this is happening the screen will go blank for a short time.

Just bought my Canon 600D slr today. I am a beginner, but playing with it tonight I have found it makes an electrical Zap noise just after focusing, around the flash area. I am using the built in flash...

That doesn't sound normal....take it back. I know that's not what you want to hear but you don't want serious problems later when the warranty runs out or when you need to take the "picture of a lifetime".
