If your mobile phoneis lost or stolen you can inform your cell phone provider with your IMEInumber. Your cell phone provider can then put the serial number on a shared database. This list stops this particular phone from registering on any network and willbe useless for anyone.I suggest you contact your cell phone providerASAP. To lock/block your cell phone from further use, please clickon this link :-http://www.fixya.com/support/r5057854-lost_or_stolen_cell_phone

I forgot my password of samsung gt-c3312. After switching it on it is asking for the password. what to do??

Well you need an unlock code which don't come cheap.
You wont be forgetting again in a hurry !
This site charges around 35 euros (do it on paypal for safety if it doesn;t worl) for your phone to be unlocked to whatever country / network you use.
Use at your own risk.
There are others but at least this will work

Can i unblock my blackberry once its been reported stolen?

Yes you can block it if the serial # and your phone is registered at the Telecommunications department of your country here in the Philippines, Cellphone owners specially the rich person registered their cellphone to the NTC(National telecommunications company) were if ever their cellphone was lost or stolen they can immediately call the NTC to request to block their cellphones...This is the reason why a lot of cellphone owners assigned a security code for their cellphone so in case it was lost or stolen the person who will use the cellphone need to unlock the phone for them to be able to use it...
