I am proficient in converging the PRO900X and have the Service remote, but I cannot get it to work with the IQB64W10W.
Oddly, the internal convergence cross hairs are centered, but the actual image is off center, regardless of source/input.

The convergence output IC's have failed and need to be replaced. Sometimes when they go biasing resistors burn open also. These are large amplifiers mounted to heat sinks and have as many as 18 pins soldered into the circuit board. Better be handy at desoldering even if it's only the IC's that are bad.
Yes there is a Service Code you have to have to get into Alinement menu and its a Dog following step by step to get in! Sorry to bother you again but I did some research and the chip numbers are STK 392-120 but using STK 392-180 is recommended replacement. If the picture is bowed or skewed any at all then the chips are needed replace both and check if any 6.8 ohm resistors are burned or open. Resistors Can be measured out of circuit with a digital volt-ohm meter. Have you tried the consumer menu and located the convergence adjustments? If it only need touch up you should go there. And the numbers I gave you 062597 must be followed with pressing the status button on the original remote. this goes into the service menu and adjustment to convergence can be made there also if touch up is needed or after you replace the chips Hope this helps
You have a componet out of tolerance in the green drive circuits, resistor or capacitor. If you have the service manual you should be able to take some raedings off the test points for the circuit and be able to track it down. I am enclosing a link where you can purchase the service manual for that set for 10.99. They will mail it to you unless you go back to the site and request that they email it to you by clicking on the contact us link. They also offer unlimited free support if you purchase your manual. I am one of their support techs. Hope this helps. Heres the link http://servicemanuals.vstore.ca/
