The F11 error occurs when the central control and motor control don't talk to each other.
If one of the controls was actually bad then I'd expect to see the error code every cycle. If it does, start by checking all the wiring connections from the panel to the CCU. Post back your results.

The error can be caused by a bad central control, motor control or just a loose connection between the two.
The first thing I recommend doing for this problem is to try and put the control into a diagnostic test. The image below contains the instructions for how to do this.
If the machine enters diagnostic, it displays C00, and then flashes the F11 code the problem will most likely be the motor control. If the washer fails to enter diagnostic then the problem with the washer will most likely be the central control board.
The 2nd image shows how to access the control by removing the top of the washer. Check all connections by pushing and pulling on the harness. Make sure all of the connections are good. Be sure to unplug the washer first before doing this.
The 3rd image shows how to access the motor control and you can check the connections there.
