try the recovery wizard, also try pulling the hard drive, and ram,and bios battery if you can get to it,looks like watch battery on motherboard.or green plastic pack with two wire plug on main board, take the panels off on the bottom,if your lucky you will see it,otherwise have to dissamble to get to it.if you find it unplug for a couple hours, with main battery out and ac unplugged, should reset the bios to factory default ,might help ,do you have xp or vista?if your bios battery is the watch battery style be very carefull removeing it the holder will break off the motherboard easily,,if none of that works post a reply and ill give you some more options

While you have it in safe mode, make sure you back up all your personal data to a cd as is sounds like it is not going to last much longer. After you back up all your information....Documents, Pictures, Music...etc... Then I would reformat the machine with the original installation disc that came with the computer. That should fix the problem. Never even heard of a boot processor :)

If you want to fix blue screen problems yourself I recommend using a program from spotmau. They have software you can boot from which will fix most startup problems. I also recommend booting in safe mode with networking first and scanning your PC with Avira antivirus. Or you could go the easy way and hire someone locally which should fix your problem for no more than $50. Good site to check out www.oncallers.com

Im not sure what exactly you have in the recovery partition ..but from what I know ..this is accessible by pressing F11 on boot ..and the info stored in it will restore the computer ..if you had vista in it before...probably will reinstall it ..so first just try to boot..and press f11 during the device displaying ..just like entering bios..and follow the instructions if it works..
another way is to install a clean operation system ...(the one that you use to have ..) by booting from cd ..(this will allow you to rearrange the partitions during install...in the moment when it sees previous OS ..and ask to choose a location for install..
after a clean install use the recovery cd that came with the laptop..
But..first try the recovery from that partition..if f11 do not work let me know and I will make some research in this matter ..
