Okay, I've had this brick for 4 months so far and since i have had it i haven't had any major problems with the product. Until tonight that is, I left my sister in my room for at least an hour and when i came back she had moved the computer along with the brick from one location to another and the brick was hanging from it's cord on the floor. I did not think it was a big deal until, i attempted to access the files that were on the brick but to no avail.
A message would pop up saying; "The drive or network connection that the 'shortcut to LACIE (E).lnk' refers to is unavailable. Make sure that the disk is properly inserted or the network resource is available, and then try again." Even though the product is plugged in! I tried to take it apart and fix it my self but i cannot see any problems, but i also can't actuaaly get into the hardrive itself. Plus every five seconds there is a clicking sound from the inside of the drive. A friend told me to get RMA or something, but i don't know how. If anyone can help me I would really apperciate it. Thanks for your time.

I suggest you get another unit as the water or moisture in the box will not be helping at all. In all your fault codes if it is the box you would have had a fault code that includes the cpu as a source of the fault.
No, you haven't missed anything I can think of, but the fact that it was intermittent, then permanent tells me that somewhere therein lies the answer. I admittedly don't know anything at all about "the orange light control relay", but it seems that if that's the problem it would probably affect both sides. Sorry I can't be more help. . .
If you've had the program for a while, you probably have registered it with Intuit and a call to them will solve the problem. If, however, you haven't purchased the program and never registered it, they you're out of luck.
You need to contact AVG to be able to get that. If you bought the software and registered it, you must've used your email to register it. They will be able to get records of your license code using your email. If you haven't been able to register the uniblue ever since, you should have a confirmation email of the purchase. You should have the needed information in that email.
.i assume the crackle you'r getting it when you are using the built in mics? i;m still in the process of troubleshooting my 2g but this is what I've got so far....the line in dosn't suffer from the crackel, so it cracked here open , didn't see any obvious problems on the board so i disconnected the black wire from one of the built in mics and this is what i found: odd and strange..... the crackle went away but i haven't tested that in depth yet 2. when recording it looked like i was getting some thing on both tracks odd.. thought 1 channel would be dead. anyway i got tired and put it away and haven't gotten back to it yet but about time i did so hopefully this weekend . hopefully i'll have some more useful info.. now a note on my take so fare as to where the crackle is coming from , bear in mind i've only had about 3 hours with the 2g so far so still getting acquainted. i'm getting the feeling it might be associated with the ACG or the record level auto calibration or clipping etc.. because i noticed that it seems like its starting ,checking levels, and setting things the a spike and it resets and starts over again. how ever the pattern is to random from what I've seen so far to to be anything concrete
Google Saturn Ignition Lock and you'll see that this is a major problem with these cars. I bought a 2003 Ion in May 2008 and have had it in the shop 3 times for starting problems. I just had the entire ignition lock system replaced last month and so far it's been okay. Saturn will acknowledge that this is a problem, but there is no recall or true fix for it.
