try to reset your router:
You may reset to the default settings of the bridge by pressing and holding the reset button on the back panel of
the Bridge for 10 seconds. After that, you need to re-run the setup wizard to configure it again.

Hi.
You may suggest to download the latest wireless card adapter drivers of their
laptops. Generally, that solves the problem.
If updating the driver does not work, Right-click on the Network Status icon
in the system tray:
