This error appear on screen's device . how to resolve it manually ? this printer is out of warranty , can i solved this problem myself ?
Make sure the printer is plugged straight into the wall and not through a surge device or power strip. Please try this even if the printer previously worked correctly with this surge device. Power strips and uninterrupted power supplies can cause a low amperage problem, which can trigger a false printhead error. You may also want to try plugging the printer into a different wall outlet to see if the printhead error continues. This will eliminate the power source as a possible cause of the issue. If still have the same issue a replacement of your printhead assembly is necessary. For further assistance please contact Lexmark Technical Support.

You are correct, Below is that section from the manual. Before you follow this, i've found in the past that the cable connector is not seated properly on the rip board, so check this first.
If you require any of the instructions on replacing the printhead or board let me know.
Yellow Printhead Lost Hsync
Check for the correct installation of the all the cables to the RIP
Board assembly and to the Printhead assembly; J2, J3, and J4 on
the RIP Board. Go to “RIP Board” on page 5-11. If the cables are
connected correctly to the RIP Board and to the Printhead
assembly, replace the following FRU:
“RIP Board” on page 4-11
If this does not fix the problem replace:
Yellow Printhead Assembly - Go to “Printheads” on page 4-33.
Note: Whenever a printhead assembly is replaced, it is necessary
to perform the “Printhead Adjustments” on page 4-1.

They mean the respective printheads have lost the HSynch. The first thing the we do (and have had great success with) is to clean the laser lenses. Then check the head wiring. The following codes apply:
106 & 110 CYAN
107 & 111 MAGENTA
108 & 112 YELLOW
109 & 113 BLACK
