Hi,what makes the DVD player not loading properly, is because the Lens inside the DVD section that makes a DVD plate play when inserted is weak and needs to be replaced.
When a Lens is weak,it will not allow you to watch a full movie or play a CD properly. Might stop on the way..
What to do isthis, you will need to clean the Lens with a DVD lens cleaner. You can buy from Online stores and it comes with instructions..
But note after cleaning the DVD lens, if still does the same way, that means you will have to replace the Lens inside the DVD player section.
To confirm if actually its a laser problem, insert an Audio CD into the player and see if will play. If it plays, then obviously, your laser (lens) is weak. But if it doesn't play Audio CD, then it might still be the laser (lens) or a mechanism problem.
Get a lens cleaner, use it to clean the lens. If that doesn't solve the problem, get a screw driver, open the player's cover so that you can gain access to the lens, use a cotton board to clean the surface of the lens. This should clean dust or dirt that might be on the lens.
If non of the above solves the problem, then know that you need to replace the laser to a brand new one.
To replace the lens, remove the bad laser, use it as a sample to get exactly the same type and do the replacement. Note that replacing a laser (lens) needs a professional touch, so if you cannot replace the laser, get it to a repairman to fix it for you.
Once this us done, your player will play all DVD discs again.
Also if it's still eject by itself, that means the DVD mechanism drive that moves in and ejects CD's will need to be replace...
To replace the Lens, contact the nearest repair store or outlet around your area..
Take care..
SOURCE: I have a HD digital
Hello
Just place the set on open place, if you have placed it in closed space without no air flow to it. The problem is with overheating the digital to analogue IC inside it. It will heat up to an extent, but overheating will make it shut down. When you switch OFF, it will cool down and will start to work properly again. Provide sufficiant ventilation to the device. OK.
