Our 61H71 just did the same thing! I have found on another site where a fuse on the Convergence board was replaced as a fix for this issue...however, fuses are usually symptoms not causes...it is very difficult to find availabe information on this issue...it may be time to call a professional...Good Luck!

I am not an expert on televisions, but we will attempt to resolve this situation for you. Other experts will, I am sure, weigh in on this who are much more knowledgeable on the matter than I. I am sure they will help you, and you will not see the type of behavior that unfortunately has been displayed by adhamsaid88. I have posted a notice to other experts to ask them to look at this matter, as well.
My only thought would be that you may have experienced some type of power surge or other power-related incident. This could, in theory, have affected lamps and/or circuits... If you are knowledgeable in these areas, it probably would be a good idea to check for any such obvious problems. However, make sure that it is unplugged so that you don't take an electrical risk, and another true expert should be getting back to you.
Please feel free to post back if you do not receive enough assistance to resolve your issue, and accept our apologies for the unacceptable response posted previously by this individual.
Thank you for using FixYa - we will work with you to try to help determine the cause of your problem!
