Cant recieve picture text but can send them.

Hi,

If you want to send message with a picture attached, it means you are sending MMS..To send or recieve MMS you should should have a MMS SETTINGS, think you dont hace MMS setting in your phone.

My advice is ask the operator to send the MMS settings, they may send it through air and save it to your mobile, restart your mobile and you should able to MMS after then...

Make sure you are following all the steps, because picture message looks the same as text but has one extra menu for adding the image itself. Hi to send and recive picture texts you will need to contact your network service provider and get them to send the MMS settings and GPRS settings to your handset, without these settings saved to your phone you will not be able to recive the picture texts, hope this helps.

any photo you take with your phone can be sent, the 1600x1200 pixel photos are the largest this phone will take which is a 2.0 megapixel photo, when you send these, your internet provider will require them to be a certain size, for instance tmobile will require that the photos are 640x480, so your phone will resize them, before they are sent via mms. If you send them by bluetooth directly to someone in range they will be the full 1600x1200 pixel size or what ever size you take. Recieved photos must be this size or less and JPG format for them to be viewable on your phone... if they are larger they will not be recieved , this is normal. due to size constraints.. let me know if you need any further help... :-)

Problem is a known issue with V3xx. If Inbox/outbox combined are above 300 messages, text messages are sent as picture messages. Use the auto-cleanup if you'd like, or manually delete texts, but I've had this issue with my V3xx since I first got it, and was told this same answer by AT&T tech support.

ur cell s operating system is attacked by virus ... due virus attack some operating system files have became unstable..
try giving restore factory settings...
if problem persists then visit the technician and get flashed ur mobile..
b4 going technician change the message center no. and try ..
by changing msg center no.to the some no. the outgoing msgs will get blocked.............

Before Sending or receiving any pictures Turn On your Bluetooth & if possible click on Find Me on your BlueTooth Menu on the phone. Then Try...
