I have a problem.ican't receive any messages because it says 95% memory full but i have deleted all messages and it still shows the same thing.if i do a master reset will this delete the phone's software...

Hi, if you reset the phone it will only delete data stored.
I think that the memory full might be that because messages stored are stored in two different places, cell phone memory and external SD memory card. you will need to check those out first and see what has not been deleted.

Also Sometimes your data on the phone can also cause the 'message full' . You might not need to reset the phone, just try and delete some data from a away from the phone, i think that might safe you from resetting the phone.

Hope that helps..

No memory space in internal memory. What does this mean?

This camera has small internal memory like 32MB to store few pictures and shows no memory space message after storing these few picture files.
You need to insert memory card in camera and go to menu and select Copy option to copy internal memory images into memory card then take out memory card from camera and delete internal memory pictures one by one or perform format memory to delete all of them at once.

I cant store picture in internal memory .and delete the folder in internal maemory. hw can create under internal memory.

Take out memory card, if any, from Sony DSC-S650 camera memory slot
Go to Menu, Settings and Format memory
This will delete all picture files in internal memory and refresh it for next few pictures.
Internal memory is not big to store many pictures, use memory stick in camera to store many many pictures.

Enter memory data

Hello,
Here are the commands to run the phones memory dial (speed-dial).  I have included the instructions for deleting and changing numbers as well.  It is listed below.  I hope this helps you out.

MEMORY DIAL INSTRUCTIONS Store up to ten 20-digit numbers in memory for quick dialing. Storing a Number in Memory 1. Make sure the phone is OFF (not in TALK mode). 2. Press the MEMORY button. 3. Press a number (0-9) to store the dialed number in that memory location. 4. Press the MEMORY button again. 5. Use the handset number keypad to enter the telephone number (up to 20 digits, including pauses) and press the MEMORY button again to save the number. The unit beeps to confirm. 6. To enter another number in a different memory location, return to step 1 and repeat the process.

The number dials automatically. Inserting a Pause in the Dialing Sequence Press the PAUSE# button once to insert a delay in the dialing sequence of a stored telephone number. A pause is needed to wait for a dial tone (for example after you dial 9 for an outside line, or to wait for a computer access tone). Each pause counts as 1 digit in the dialing sequence. If you need a longer pause, press the PAUSE# button twice.
Deleting Stored Numbers 1. Press the MEMORY button. 2. Press the desired memory location (0-9). 3. Press the MEMORY button twice to delete the entry. 4. You will hear a confirmation tone.

Limited memory to store msgs

Hi alot of people have been having this problem but the only way of getting more memory is to delete something off the phone like sent messages any phone numbers that you dont need or use you need to go through your phone and check everything and see what you dont need and delete.
Like if when you send a message your phone might store it so have a look and delete if their is any also the best way freeing up memory i found was to delete most of the ringtones that came with the phone as i found that i didnt use any of the free ones and i only used the ones i put on their. their is loads you can delete and doing this will free up loads of memory let me know if you need further assistance.
Just remember everything that is saved on the phone is taking up memory so delete everything you dont use and this will free up loads of memory.

My Sony Bluetooth problem

Deleting files from your memory card is not enough. Usually the files received threw bluetooth will stored to phone memory and then prompted to store somewhere else by the user. So delete/move unwanted files from phone memory to memory card. Delete all the messages stored in your SIM card too.
