I have trouble printing out info. sent to me from a web site. No-one else has a problem but I'm unable to print more than the 1st page even though they all appear on the screen. The printer is set at 'print all' but only shows 1 to 1. I've tried changing this to no avail. The printer does know there is more than one page as subsequent pages emerge, only they are blank. I can't believe this is the fault of the web site as I'm the only one with this problem and the printer works OK for everything else. Any ideas please?
Also the printer 'dog ears' the pages in the top left corner. There's a small flap that seems to get in the way and only obliges if one feeds the paper in manually around it. Is there anything I can do to rectify?

window is not the faulty one if you are using a third party software of sent print option from internet then problem must be with in drivers..... print a self test page if ok then print test page from system (control Panel) if both point ok then there must be problem in online software/ERP.
rint Preview my booklet looks...
In Print Preview my booklet looks like it will print correctly. When I print my book the 1st page of the 2nd half of the book prints on top of the last page of the 1st half of the book. I have tried
Go to this web site:
Pick owner guide on the left task bar then input your vehicle info and pick get owner guide, then pick owner guide 1st printing and your fuse info begins on page 137
Are you using a custom written language application or are you using an application such as Word?
It appears that you are using a PJL wrapper around the print job. Please create a print to file (off of the driver screen) and send it to me at [email protected]. I'll be able to look at the job and see what ie happening.
Right now I suspect that you are not clearing out the PJL properly.
You need to enter Page Setup under the File menu. Check that the scale is 100% and the page margins are set to 1/2 inch on all sides. Then, you can also enter Printer Preview, and check that "fit to page" is not set and the printer settings will result in actual size.
