I have the same one and let it go dead all the time. It will take 5 - 10 minutes after you plug it in for the blue light to come on when it's dead.
Mine recently decided to WOULD NOT charge. It turned out to be the three little pins on the charger were dirty and sticking. I used a cotton swab to clean them with some rubbing alcohol and a quick dab on the contacts of the headset. Works great now.

There is two way you can do 1) ensure that the charger have output ( use volt meter to check or use handphone to confirm ).2) ensure the bluetooth charge contact is clear for charging ( or use contact cleaner to clear ).if you have done this two and still no charge then the battery in the bluetooth may be dead. hope it help.
