Error Messages Hi, I'm wondering if someone could help me! I've tried uninstalling and installing again but I keep getting the same message over and over again. "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)" or "Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device. (Code 41)" What should I do? Thanks

did you install additional apps for messaging? try uninstall them.

also, try reboot the x8 and see.

in a very unlikely case, the firmware is kaput. get se to reflash for you.

Hi! I'm trying to install My Horse and Me the PC game, the installation goes through everything normal and but when I press Finish it gives me this error message
Unhandled Exception
Error Number:0x80040702
Description:Failed to load DLL:GameuxInstallHelper
When I press OK the installation window where you press Finish pops back up and it says

InstallShield Wizard Complete

The wizard was interrupted before MyHorseAndMe could be completely installed.

The system has not been modified.To install this program at a later time,run the installation again.
Click Finish to exit the wizard.
So I press Finish and then if I try to go and find it its not there its been uninstalled. And I have tried installing it several times with no luck .
So if you could please help me that would be wonderful because I really want to play my game.

Please reboot your laptop then boot it using safe mode then uninstall the latest installation you have and then restore your operating system. Also try to check again your application if its support the kind of operating system you have in your system.

What part do you get stuck at and is there any error messages?

I suggest you try to uninstall (if it shows up in Add/Remove Programs), reboot and try again. Note any messages and post back.

I could help u more if u can tell me the error messages u r getting but no problem dear i still help u out. what u have to do is just unistall the network driver to uninstall the network driver Right click on My computer-> then select properties-> the select Hardware-> then select network adapter right click on that and then uninstall the network driver after uninstalling the network driver restart the system and then Reinstall the network driver the problem will solved.
