Hi,
I have problems with firmware on PS1205Um.
When I try to connet to PS using a server manager, it found the PS, but when I click to the finded PS, server manager tell me, that there is problems with firmware and the last upgrade wasn't copleted succesfully. But I didn't upgrade firmware :(
When I try to upgrade new firmware, it is impossible.
Could someone help me?

Maintenance CD, which shipped with Rapid Deployment Pack - Windows
Edition 3.50, allows the iLO 2 firmware to be successfully upgraded
using the "Upgrade ProLiant ML/DL/BL Firmware" job in RDP.

I really hate suggesting it is a Netgear issue, and dump it, Edge, but most of the posts I found on that Print Server is not good. I would check for a setting in the Manger software, but not sure where it is. These link suggest it is a Netgear issue.
Try doing a format via windows explorer. Right click on the drive and then format as fat32. Then unplug and open iriver plus. Reconnect. See if that works. Good luck!
